NBX Voicemail-to-Email
Voicemail-To-Email notification
To properly enable Voicemail-To-Email notification, please setup and provide the following information to Technician:
1. SMTP domain name
2. You must create an email user: nbx@yourdomain.com
3. If Authentication is required on your SMTP, please set the password to the same as your 3Com NBX NetSet.
4. Disable any filtering of WAV and URL file attachments in your firewall/security appliance.
Final setup must be performed by BostonVoiceNetworks Technician. System reboot may be required.
