Proper Reboot / Shutdown Procedure
To perform system reboot / shutdown on NBX V3000, V5000, NBX 100 OR V3001R.
TO SHUTDOWN:
1) Login as administrator to the NBX Netset Interface.
2) Navigate to: System Maintenance > Reboot / Shutdown Screen
3) Click SHUTDOWN, you will be prompted to confirm your intention.
4) The next screen will advise you that the it's safe to unplug the system.

2) Navigate to: System Maintenance > Reboot / Shutdown Screen
3) Click SHUTDOWN, you will be prompted to confirm your intention.
4) The next screen will advise you that the it's safe to unplug the system.
TO REBOOT:
1) Login as administrator to the NBX Netset Interface.
2) Navigate to: System Maintenance > Reboot / Shutdown Screen
3) Click REBOOT, you will be prompted to confirm your intention.
4) The next screen will advise you that the system has been rebooted and will be back up in few minutes.
** Note: Once Shutdown is performed, the NBX Call Processor will not power down. You will need to unplug or turn off the call processor. It may take up to 30-45 minutes for the system to come up.
To power up the system after shutdown, simply plug-in and turn on the call processor.
1) Login as administrator to the NBX Netset Interface.
2) Navigate to: System Maintenance > Reboot / Shutdown Screen
3) Click REBOOT, you will be prompted to confirm your intention.
4) The next screen will advise you that the system has been rebooted and will be back up in few minutes.
** Note: Once Shutdown is performed, the NBX Call Processor will not power down. You will need to unplug or turn off the call processor. It may take up to 30-45 minutes for the system to come up.
