To properly reboot the Wave IP 500/2500, login into Global Administration. Under Management, click System Restart. You will see a screen with a number 5 for countdown and Restart button. Click the restart button and wait for the system to countdown to 0. You will see a message advising you to shut your browser to perform reboot. Click on Ok and shut ALL browsers. The system will take anywhere from 7-15 minutes to come up. Pleae note: Once rebooted, you may able to login into Global Administration - however, this is not an indication that the system has rebooted. It may take longer for all components to come up.
